Dr. Eric Smith, Ph.D.

Dr. Eric Smith is a licensed psychologist in both Nevada and Michigan, specializing in Clinical and Forensic Psychological services. He holds multiple degrees, including two baccalaureate and Master’s Degrees in Psychology, Education, and Behavioral Disorders from Kent State University, and a doctoral degree in Psychology from Case Western Reserve University. Dr. Smith made history becoming the first licensed Chief Psychologist for the Clark County Family Court Services in Las Vegas, Nevada. He also served for many years as the president of the Nevada Psychological Association. Throughout his career, he has been a psychological staff member at both psychiatric and general hospitals in Las Vegas. Dr. Smith provides forensic psychological evaluations in legal cases involving traumatic psychological disorders from personal injury accidents, medical malpractice, sexual and physical abuse, criminal victimization, and PTSD. He is also the founder of BrainHealth Mechanics, a program providing brain health coaching for individuals who have suffered cognitive impairment from traumatic events.
